By phone we can often give tips and advice you to solve any minor malfunction quickly and easily. If not, a service appointment can be scheduled.
The Clean Experience strives to provide you with the best possible service.
If you need service and/or maintenance, you can make an appointment with one of our (NEN 3140 certified) service employees.
We also offer maintenance contracts.
Did you purchase a steam vacuum cleaner or steam cleaner from us? Our after-sales department will contact you within a few weeks after your purchase to verify whether any user questions have arisen and, if desired, make a follow-up appointment with you.
You can also make an appointment to visit our headquarters in Barneveld, where our showroom and workshop are also located.
Service & Guarantee
When we deliver a cleaning machine, an extensive explanation of its use, maintenance and descaling is provided by our advisor. Descaling is necessary to guarantee a long life of your machine.
We offer an 8-year warranty on the stainless steel boiler and a 2-year factory warranty on the parts that are not subjected to wear and tear. You are responsible for cleaning the hoses and for descaling on time.
Delivery time & Shipping
You can place orders via the webshop. If a product is in stock, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
When a product is not in stock, the average delivery time is 2 weeks.
We strive to have all parts in stock.
If this is not the case, we will look for a quick solution.
Pick up is only possible by appointment from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
