Description

Optimize the cleaning and disinfection of your barrels with our special barrel cleaner accessory, designed for use with steam cleaners. This accessory is specifically developed for thorough cleaning and sterilization of wooden barrels. It is securely positioned via the bung of the barrel—the hole used for filling and emptying. Internal steam tubes, available in various lengths, ensure complete saturation of the barrel with steam for deep cleaning.

With temperatures above 100°C, monitored by the included thermometer with probe, molds in the barrel are quickly and effectively eliminated in just 10 to 15 minutes. The accessory comes complete with a support bracket and a 3-meter-long steam hose.

This essential accessory is ideal for any production environment where hygiene and efficiency are of utmost importance.

Specifications:

Steam sterilization: A short steam treatment at 10 bar pressure and high temperature ensures deep sterilization, cleaning even hard-to-reach areas inside the barrel.
User-friendly: Easily positioned via the barrel bung, with a dedicated support bracket for stable placement during the cleaning process.
Includes Steam Hose: A 3-meter-long steam hose is included for flexible use in various workspaces.
