Water softeners H20 Pro

The patented water softener H2O Pro has the unique ability to permanently convert limescale into crystals that do not form scale. Existing scale disappears when water treated by the H2O Pro flows past it. In other words, its ability to dissolve limescale is significantly improved thanks to H2O Pro.

H2O Pro is compact, fits in any meter box or meter pit, and does not require a drain or power connection. Even in boats and caravans there is always a suitable place to install the H2O Pro.

How it works

What sets H2O Pro apart is its ability to bind calcium ions in water into microscopic crystals, also called nano-crystals. These crystals are stable and can be compared to microscopic grains of sand. But what happens to these crystals? They are like microscopic marbles that do not stick together or stick to surfaces. These ceramic beads attract lime and bundle it into stable and smooth microcrystals that do not stick. These crystals remain stable and thus do not disintegrate. This makes the H2O Pro a full-fledged alternative to environmentally harmful salt softeners (ion exchangers).

This technology was developed around 2005, and since then numerous tests, certifications and optimizations have been carried out. Although the precursor of H2O Pro, in which the crystals formed fall apart after about 48 hours, has been available for many years, H2O Pro did not make its appearance in the Netherlands until 2020. It is a worthy successor to salt-based water softeners (ion exchangers), which until now have been the only effectively working softeners.
