Scheduling an appointment is super easy. Go to our website, click on ‘Contact’ and then on ‘Request demonstration’, and fill in your details. We receive your request and look at where your company is located and how it fits best into our advisors’ schedule. After that, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time together. Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder one day in advance. This prevents our advisor from accidentally arriving at a closed door.

For the demo itself, you only need clean tap water and a power outlet. We bring the rest. Costs? Absolutely nothing. The only thing we ask is that the decision-maker is present and that the advisor does not have to demonstrate outside in bright sunlight or rain.

After that, the advisor will show you the steam cleaner itself. Usually, this is the model you expressed interest in during your request. The machine takes a moment to heat up, while the advisor explains some additional useful features.
Once the machine is heated up, you and the advisor will start tackling the problem areas together. For example: an extremely sticky hospitality floor that is difficult to clean. The advisor will show you how to handle it, what to pay attention to, and which accessories are required. This means you immediately see the results and operation in action. Afterwards, you can try it yourself while the advisor watches and gives tips.
This way, you know exactly what you are purchasing and avoid unexpected situations.
What happens after the demonstration? That is entirely up to you. We will contact you again one to two weeks after the demo to hear whether everything went as expected.
