Description

The I-Steam power brush is a battery-powered accessory that can be attached to your TCE steam cleaner via the M & C series extension tubes. The I-Steam brush combines vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and steaming in a single action. This results in a very thorough cleaning effect, which not only improves the outcome but also speeds up the process. As a result, the I-Steam power brush is extremely popular with our customers.

Cleaning options

This attachment comes with two different brushes: a microfiber brush and a nylon bristle brush. The microfiber brush is suitable for smooth floors such as PVC, tiles, linoleum, and poured floors. The nylon bristle brush is ideal for carpets and rugs. With these standard brushes, a large portion of floors can already be cleaned.

For cleaning rougher or uneven floors, there is also the optional V-shape brush. This is a slightly stiffer brush that can handle heavier dirt, such as concrete floors, patio tiles, or heavily soiled surfaces.

How does the I-Steam brush work?

The on/off switch of the I-Steam brush is located in the elbow of the attachment. You switch on the brush by pressing the attachment with your foot while simultaneously pulling the extension tube with hose backward.

On the I-Steam power brush, you will also find a button to adjust the brush speed.

The battery is placed on the side of the attachment. The cover is magnetic, making it easy to open and close.

Finally, on top of the I-Steam brush, you will find a slider. This can be opened during use with the carpet brush to prevent the brush from sticking to the carpet.

Combining with cleaning solution

With the I-Steam power brush, you can steam, vacuum, scrub, mop, and dry vacuum in one go. You can also choose to add a cleaning solution, such as Bio Steam Clean | Citrus. This solution is non-foaming and works perfectly with the heat of the steam. The hotter, the better it performs. By adding a cleaning solution, you can also shampoo while performing all actions, which is ideal for stains in carpets, for example.

Usage tips

• Do not use the I-Steam power brush on high-pile carpet, as the long fibers may get caught in the rotating brushes.
• Planning to clean large areas (such as factory floors or large hospitality spaces)? An extra battery is useful for greater efficiency.
• TCE recommends cleaning the brush after use by rinsing the brushes and wiping the attachment with a cloth.
• Never place the attachment itself under running water, as it contains circuit boards and electrical connections that must not get wet.
