Thanks to the combination of steam cleaning and a powerful vacuum function, the Allergia provides a thorough cleaning while eliminating allergens and harmful microorganisms. This steam vacuum is ideal for people suffering from dust allergies, asthma, or dust mites, as it completely disinfects dust and dirt and even sucks up the smallest particles.
Steam power and suction function in one
The TCE steam vacuum Allergia delivers dry steam at a pressure of 6 bar and a temperature of up to 160°C. This ensures that surfaces are quickly cleaned while the integrated suction function immediately vacuums up dirt and moisture. This means that the floor is not only cleaned but also dries instantly, leaving no streaks or damp spots.
The machine is equipped with a continuous boiler, allowing you to refill the water tank without needing to wait for the machine to reheat. The Allergia uses dry steam technology, ensuring that surfaces dry quickly and do not become soaked.

Combat allergies and asthma
The steam vacuum Allergia is specifically designed to effectively combat dust, allergens, and dust mites. Its patented steam filtration system ensures that all sucked-up dirt is fully filtered, and that bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms are not blown back into the air. Unlike traditional vacuums, you do not have to worry about dust bags or filters. The steam vacuum Allergia does not use dust bags, saving you on replacement costs and reducing the environmental impact.
Patented steam filter
The TCE Allergia is equipped with a patented steam filter that ensures optimal filtration of dirt and allergens. The filter can be purchased separately and is easy to replace.
Replacement is recommended when the filter is damaged. For normal household use, replacing the filter once every two years is sufficient. For intensive use, we recommend replacing it annually to maintain the machine’s performance and hygienic function.

- Do not use fabric softener when washing microfiber cloths. This significantly reduces their absorbency.

- Add a few drops of Acqua Clean | Aloe Vera to the machine’s dirty water tank. This provides a pleasant, purifying scent that spreads throughout the room during vacuuming.

Yes, it does! The I-Steam power brush is compatible with our household steam vacuums: the TCE Steamy, TCE Allergia, and TCE Piu Pro.
Please note that these household models have slightly lower operating pressure than our professional machines. As a result, the I-Steam power brush may perform a little less powerfully compared to when it is used with a professional steam cleaner.

Do you need filters or vacuum bags for household steam equipment?
No, convenient right? Our household steam cleaners do not require vacuum bags. Some machines do have a filter, but it is reusable and easy to rinse under the tap. The water in the machine actually acts as a dust filter. This prevents any musty vacuum cleaner smell from coming out of your machine, especially if you add a few drops of Aqua Clean to the dirty water tank, then a lovely aloe vera scent spreads.
Are household steam cleaners safe to use on all surfaces?
Yes, steam is safe to use on many surfaces, such as various types of floors, tiles, wood, carpets, furniture, windows, sanitary fixtures, car interiors and exteriors, and more! If you’re unsure whether a surface can be safely cleaned with steam for example, a wall painted with non-water-resistant paint—you can test it carefully on an inconspicuous spot. Of course, you’re also welcome to call us and ask. Always read the user manual before using the steam cleaner.
