Job description
With us, it’s all about personal contact. In this role you will enthuse customers in a casual way for a no-obligation demonstration of our steam equipment. You will schedule appointments for our consultants and make sure everything runs smoothly. Don’t worry if you don’t know much about steam cleaners yet; we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
You’ll get guidance from the best: Tjibbe de Boer, our founder, and from Astrid, our lead planner, who has been with us for 10 years. They will show you how to make clients happy, how to fill our advisors’ schedules, and how to make sure the planning is perfect. And the best part? If your scheduled appointments lead to sales, you’ll get a nice bonus for it!
Tasks
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Managing schedules and logistical planning
- Sending informational emails to interested customers
- Approaching potential customers for no-obligation demonstrations

- A nice long weekend, as working hours are from 8:30-16:00, within 3 days (e.g. Tuesday-Thursday)

We ask of you:
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm, ability to put things into perspective and humor
- Easy to switch gears, think along with others and have a positive attitude
- Flawless speaking and writing of the Dutch language
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Optional: Experience with CRM systems
